About the Baker

 Hi! My name is Sophia Pentz. I'm 14 years old and I'm in the 8th grade. I started baking when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy. I have always had a big sweet tooth, but with my new diet I couldn't find anything to satisfy it. I learned how to bake and now I'm excited to share it with everyone!
